Abstract:
Po rous anod ic a lum ina ox ide tem plate w as prepared by anod iz ing of A l in sulfor ic ac id e lectro ly te, and C r 3+ dop ing was realized by annea ling the tem plate at 1 000 after d ipp ing in C r2 ( SO4 ) 3 solution. The SEM im age show s that the sam ple has nanostructure. X - ray d iffraction pa tterns of the sam ple dem onstra tes very good crystallin ity o f - A l2O3. The pho to lum inescence spectrum show s the fasc inating lum inescence of the sam ple at about 693 nm.
