Abstract:
W e discussed that the single optical beam propagates in the non loca l non linearm ed ia, wh ich is governed by the non linear Schr-d ing er equa tion ( NNLSE). A new approx iam a te linear mode l for the NNLSE is presented fo r the strong non lo ca lm edia w ith the spa tia lly symm etr ica l real response func tions by use o f Tay lor expansion. An exact ana ly tica l solu tion w ith the sing leG aussian form is obta ined.
