Abstract:
A struc ture of the ultrason ic sca lpe l transducer is descr ibed w ith ana ly sis o f the equ iva lent c ircu it o f the trans?? duce r. The cha racte ristics o f the transduce r?? s resonant frequency w ere studied throughMATLAB sim ulation. Com pa red w ith the actua lm easu rem ent results, both the equivalent circu it and the param eters are proved to be reasonab le.
