Abstract:
The sources for the uncertainty were analyzed in detail for the determination of trace elements including copper, zinc,plumbum,manganese,nickel,and chromium in rock by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric method. The main sources of measurement uncertainty come from sub-uncertainties of the analytical balance,analytical glassware,calibration curves,calibration solutions,reagent volume and repetitive measurements. Each sub - uncertainty, combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the measurement results were calculated,and the report form of testing result was obtained.
