Abstract:
Th is paper studied the fluorescence in situ hybridization ( FISH ) techno logy fo r ammon ia ox idation bacter ia detection in the so il of so i-l plan t system. The pretreatm ent of samp les, FISH process and oligonuc leotide probes selection w ere introduced. Results show ed tha t FISH techno logy cou ld be used for so il bac teria de tection in so i-l plant systems.
