Abstract:
To increase the 9α-hydroxy-artemisinin transformation ratio,fermentated Streptomyces griseus ATCC-13273 in the way of ultraviolet( UV) and microwave compound mutation,and bred it by medium which uses artemisinin as the only carbon source. It proved that it is an effective way to increase the ratio of Streptomyces griseus ATCC-13273 transforms artemisinin into 9α-hydroxy-artemisinin by UV ray and microwave compound mutation,the yield of 9α-hydroxy-artemisinin is 50. 7%,which is almost twice higher than the initial strain’s.
