摘要:
采用代表性差异分析法 (RDARepresentationaldifferenceanalysis)初步研究了小菜蛾两个品系 ,敏感品系和抗杀虫双近等基因系之间基因组的差异 .用敏感品系作为驱动扩增子 (driver) ,抗杀虫双近等基因系作为检验扩增子 (tester) ,通过四轮消减杂交后 ,得到两个差异片段 ,范围在 1 50bp至 30 0bp之间 ,初步判断这些片段可能与小菜蛾杀虫双抗性的遗传分子基础相关
