摘要:
研究了不同浓度Ce 3+ 、Nd 3+对水花生(Alternanthera philoxeroides(Mart.)Griseb.)叶片Cu 2 +毒害的影响.结果表明,在Cu 2+毒害下,水花生的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量下降,保护酶系统(POD、SOD、CAT)活性降低,O2.-产生速率和膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量上升,H2O2含量降低,一定浓度(2.5~7.5mg/L)的Ce 3+、Nd 3+处理,都能不同程度地缓解这些现象.而更高浓度的Ce 3+、Nd 3+处理的缓解作用不断减弱,甚至加重Cu2+毒害.相比之下,单一Ce3的作用效果优于单一Nd3+ . 总的看来, C e 3+ 、Nd 3+ 的最适浓度为5~ 715 mg /L. Ce 3+ 、Nd 3+ 缓解重金
属毒害的作用可能与调节蛋白质的表达及活性氧代谢有关.
Abstract:
Alternanthera ph ilox eroides were cultiv ated in so lu tion o f 2m g /L Cu 2+ and different concentration of Ce 3+ and Nd 3+ for 7 days to inv estig ate the action of rare earths on the tox ic e ffect of heavy m eta .l Resu lts show that, under the low concentration of Ce3+ and Nd3+ , the conten t of chlorophy l,l so lub le prote in and H2O2, the activ ity o f pro tective enzym es ( SOD, POD, CAT ) are higher than tha t o f single Cu treatm ent, the accum ulation o fMDA and the O-#2 generating ra te are less com pa red w ith Cu po ison. H ow ever, w ith h igher concentrations o f Ce 3+ and Nd 3+ , the re liev ing effec t is ge tting weaker and w eaker, even aggravates the tox ic effect. Gene ra lly, the optimum concentration o f Ce 3+ and Nd 3+ is 5~ 715 m g /L forA lternanthera ph ilox eroides, and C e 3+ is better than Nd 3+ . The expression o f pro te in and m etabo lism o f ac tive oxyg en are responsib le for the reliv ing effect m entioned above.
