摘要:
以CaC l 2和Na2CO3为原料在不同反应条件下制备碳酸钙,首先在65℃恒温下用DMF和超纯水为混合溶剂(1∶1),用不同浓度L-精氨酸作为碳酸钙结晶的调控剂,显示当L-精氨酸的浓度为0.04 mol/L时得到的碳酸钙是方解石型,浓度为0.02 mol/L是方解石、球霰石及文石的混合体系,当浓度为0.08 mol/L时是方解石和文石的混合体系.另外用DMF和超纯水为混合溶剂、0.04 mol/L L-精氨酸作为调控剂,结果显示温度为65℃时所得碳酸钙是方解石型,温度为85℃时得到的是方解石和球霰石的混合体系.研究结果表明L-精氨酸浓度和反应温度的改变对碳酸钙的晶体生长过程有十分重要的影响.
Abstract:
W e used CaC l2 and NaCO3 as raw m ate rials for the preparation of ca lcium carbonate. Firstly the reaction cond itions were at 65℃ , in m ixed so lvents of ultra-purew ate r and DMF( V /VB1 /1), in the presence of different concentrations of L-A rg. W e found that when CL-A rg is 0.04 m o l/L, the produc t o f ca lcium carbona te is a m ain ca lc ite-type, but when CL-A rg is 0.02 mo l/L, the product is a ca lcite, va terite and aragonite hybr id system, when CL-Arg is 0.08m o l/L, the produc t is am ix ture o f calc ite and aragonite system. Secondly, we altered the reaction tem perature to 65 ℃ and 85 ℃ w ith CL-Arg 0.04m o l/L. The resu lts show ed that at 65 e , the produc t o f ca lcium ca rbonate is ca lcite- type, but at 85 ℃ , the produc t is am a in ca lc ite and vater ite hybrid system. It w as show n that tem pe ra ture and concentration of L-Arg have significant effects in the crysta l grow th of ca lcium carbonate.
