摘要:
通过对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella(L.)抗溴氰菊酯品系和敏感品系成虫双向电泳图谱的比较,找到8个差异明显的点,并结合质谱分析技术和数据库信息检索最终鉴定出7个蛋白.其中包括2个代谢相关蛋白,2个调控蛋白,1个结构分子蛋白,其余2个蛋白质功能皆不明确.这些在抗性或敏感品系中差异表达蛋白质的发现,为进一步研究小菜蛾抗药性形成机制和抗性相关蛋白的寻找奠定了基础.
Abstract:
Tw o-dim ensiona l po lyacry lam ide ge l electrophoresis was used to ana lyze prote in changes in response to de ltam ethrin resistance in adult P lu tella xylo stella( L. ). A fter the analysis o f the spec trum o f gel e lectropho resis, e ight prote ins we re found different in expression betw een susceptible and de ltam e thr in-resistance stra ins. Comb ined w ith the app lica tion ofMALDI-TOF-M S and sim ilarity ana ly sis to the database, seven pro te insw ere identified successfu lly inc luding two m etabo lism-related prote ins, tw o regu la tory prote ins, one struc tura l prote in and tw o unknown prote in. These d ifferentia lly expressed prote ins m ay be related to the insecticide resistance in P lutella xy lostella ( L. ), so the resu lts lay a foundation fo r the further study o fm o lecu lar mechan ism s o f the resistance.
