摘要:
在催化剂的作用下,以亚磷酸三甲酯和对二氯苄为原料,合成一种高效无卤阻燃剂——对二苄基双膦酸四甲酯.当反应温度为130℃,物质的量比(亚磷酸三甲酯∶对二氯苄)为2.8∶1,反应时间为6 h,催化剂用量为原料总质量的3%时,产率可达80%.通过高分辨质谱仪、红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪对产品结构进行了表征,通过热重分析仪对其热稳定性进行了检测.
Abstract:
Tetramethy 1,4-phenylenebis( methylene) bisphosphonate,a new kind of highly efficient and halogen-free flame retardant,was synthesized by tetramethyl ammonium iodide catalyzed reactant of trimethyl phosphate with dichlorobenzyl. The best synthesis condition is that n( Trimethyl phosphate∶ dichlorobenzyl) = 2. 8∶ 1,at 130℃ for 6 h,with the amount of catalyst 3% of the total mass of reactants. The yield was up to 80%. Tetramethy 1,4 -phenylenebis( methylene) bisphosphonate was characterized by ESI-MS、1HNMR and IR spectral data. The thermal stability of Tetramethy 1, 4-phenylenebis ( methylene) bisphosphonate was examined by TGA.
