摘要:
本文通过X-射线粉末衍射(powder X-ray diffraction,PXRD)K值法定量分析钴粉中α-Co的含量,测定时选用纯α-Co作为标样,α-Al2O3为参比物质,测得K值为4.58,并用此K值测定3批样品钴粉中α-Co的含量,结果较为准确,相对标准偏差分别为0.49、0.59、1.16,加标回收率分别为99%、99.43%、99.93%. 该方法具有方便快速、简单实用的优点,适用于工厂中不同晶型钴粉的快速定量分析.
Abstract:
K-value method of X-ray powder diffraction was used to quantify the α-Co with the hcp structure in cobalt. In this article,α-Al2O3 was chosen to be the reference material while the α-Co with high purity as the standard sample. The results showed that K-value was 4.58 which was used to quantify the α-Co in 3 cobalt samples. The relative standard deviation and the recovery rate of 3 cobalt samples evaluate the accuracy of the K-value method.
