Abstract:
1, 2-ethy lene tetra( 2- ch loroethy l) d iphosphate w as synthesized w ith tri( 2- ch loroethy l) phospha te ( TCEP) as raw m ate ria,l using sod ium lime as cata lyst for the reaction. When reaction temperature w as 190℃ , reac tion tim e w as 3. 0 h, and the mass of the cata lyst was 0. 7% of reactant, the y ield of product was about 88.2%. W e also discussed the m ethods o f synthesizing 1, 2-e thy lene tetra( 2- ch loroethy l) d iphosphate and the m echan ism of condensa tion reaction o f TCEP.
