摘要:
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成二氧化钛包裹竹红菌素纳米粒,并利用透射电镜和粒度分析仪对其形貌和粒子大小进行测定,证明粒子呈球形,平均直径在100nm左右;采用紫外和荧光光谱研究二氧化钛包裹竹红菌素纳米粒的光谱性质,并与未包裹的竹红菌素在水溶液中的光谱性质进行了比较,结果表明,竹红菌素被成功地包裹于二氧化钛纳米粒中;包裹后竹红菌素的光谱吸收峰红移,强度增加.由此,将有利于竹红菌素在光动力疗法中的应用.
Abstract:
H ypocre llin encapsu lated in titanium d iox ide nanopartic les w ere prepared by so-l g el m ethod. The TEM and g rading analysis technique w ere used to investiga te the surface m orphology and the g ra in d iam eter o f the resultant nanopa rtic les. A un iform core she ll struc turew ith m id-d iam eter o f 120 nm w as clearly obse rved. The nanopartic les were characterized w ith UV-v is and FL techn iques. The results suggested tha t hypocre llin has been successfu lly encapsu la ted in titan ium d iox ide nanopartic le, and nanoshells d isp lay a strong absorption w ith bathochrom ic sh ift fo rUV-v is spectra and increased FL intensity, compar ing w ith hypoc re llin in the aqueous so lution. The hypocrellin w as entrapped in T iO2, thus it w ill be bene fic ia l to the app lica tion in pho todynam ic treatm ent.
