摘要:
采用植物生长调节剂浸泡和注射的方法,研究不同浓度6-BA、GA和NAA组合处理对番红花开花时间及开花性状的的影响. 结果表明:通过植物生长调节剂调控番红花进行花期是可行的,在有效调控花期和保证产量的前提下,A2B3C1组合浸泡球茎和a2b3c1组合注射球茎效果最佳.
Abstract:
Soaking and injecting bulbs with different combinations of plant growth regulators,studied the effects of 6-BA,GA and NAA on florescence and flowering of Crocus sativus L. The results showed that it was feasible to regulate the florescence of C.sativus through the treatment of plant growth regulators. On the premise of florescence and yield,the treatment with soaking A2B3C1 and injecting a2b3c1 was best.
